1. Booking and Payment:
1.1. Booking: To reserve your private guided tour with Shaka Africa Tours, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the commencement of your tour.
1.2. Payment: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
1.3 Add-ons & Extras: any add-ons & extras added to the itinerary are for guests’ accounts unless arranged.
1.4 Food: Breakfast, lunch & dinners are for guests’ accounts. Coffees, waters, snacks & picnics are included in the booking fee.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
2.1. Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation fees as outlined in our cancellation policy, which will be provided upon booking.
2.2. Cancellation by Shaka Africa Tours: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. Changes to Itinerary:
3.1. Shaka Africa Tours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
3.2 Add-ons & Extras: any add-ons & extras added to the itinerary are for guests’ accounts unless arranged.
4. Travel Insurance:
4.1. We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
5. Health and Safety:
5.1. Shaka Africa Tours prioritizes the health and safety of our clients and guides. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in the activities included in their tour.
5.2. Clients are required to follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and adhere to local regulations and guidelines regarding health and safety.
6. Liability:
6.1. Shaka Africa Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred during your tour, including but not limited to accidents, illness, or theft.
6.2. Clients participate in tours and activities at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
